Artisan nabbed for repainting stolen vehicles
AN artisan, Okwudili Nwodo, is in police net in Enugu for repainting stolen vehicles.It was learnt that Nwodo worked with a car-snatching syndicate, which usually supplied him with stolen cars to repaint.
